Hi there! I’m Michelle Iseman, and I’m so glad you’re here.

My journey into the world of egg donation started over half decade ago when I stumbled across the idea of helping families who couldn’t conceive on their own. Little did I know it would turn into one of the most fulfilling chapters of my life.
​
I’ve been a proud egg donor four times, and each experience taught me something new—not just about the process, but about myself. It’s such a unique journey, filled with excitement, curiosity, and sometimes a few nerves. I remember wishing there was a place where I could find real, honest information and connect with others who truly understood what I was going through. That’s why I’m so passionate about creating that space for others now.

Over the years, I’ve combined my personal experiences with seven years of professional expertise in healthcare operations and management. This blend of knowledge and heart has fueled my mission to support and empower egg donors at every step. I’ve walked in your shoes, and I know firsthand how meaningful—but also how overwhelming—the process can feel.

That’s why I’m so excited to share my newest project, Egg Donor Academy. It’s a labor of love designed to educate, support, and connect egg donors like you. Whether you’re considering donation for the first time or you’ve already been through it, this is a space just for us—a community that celebrates the unique role we play in helping families grow.

Outside of this work, I’m a lover of deep conversations, a problem-solving enthusiast, and someone who thrives on meaningful connections. My goal is to make sure every egg donor feels informed, valued, and part of something bigger.
